Ordering and Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship? We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Most orders ship the same day and are processed within 24 hours. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What shipping carriers do you use? We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Cost Saver depending on your location and order size. All shipments include full tracking so you always know exactly where your order is.
How much does shipping cost? We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping on all orders. Orders over $75 ship free automatically. No coupon code needed.
Do you ship internationally? At this time we ship within the United States and Canada only. We hope to expand further internationally in the future so stay tuned. 🌿

Are your products made for all hair types? Yes. Classic Curlz works beautifully for all natural hair textures including loose curls, coils, waves, sister locs, and protective styles. Our formulas are specifically designed for textured hair that needs real moisture and not just the appearance of moisture.
What are the ingredients in your products? Every Classic Curlz product page includes a complete ingredient list with detailed explanations of what each ingredient does for your hair. We believe in complete ingredient transparency because your hair deserves to know exactly what you are putting on it. Are your products safe for color treated hair? Yes. Classic Curlz formulas are gentle enough for color treated and chemically processed hair. Our sulfate free shampoo Tingly Refresh cleanses without stripping your color or your moisture.
Do your products contain harmful alcohols or sulfates? Never. Classic Curlz never uses harmful drying alcohols like ethanol isopropyl or SD alcohol in any formula. We never use harsh stripping sulfates like SLS or SLES. Some of our formulas contain beneficial fatty alcohols like Cetearyl Alcohol and plant derived conditioners like Behentrimonium Methosulfate which are completely different from harmful ingredients. What is the correct order to use Classic Curlz products? Your complete Classic Curlz moisture routine follows this order.
Step one — Cleanse with Tingly Refresh. Soaking wet hair. One pass only. Step two — Deep condition with Heaven on deep conditioning days. Step three — Condition with Triple Threat as rinse out or leave in. Step four — Spray Power Tonic. Do not rinse out. Step five — Moisturize with Moisture Loc. Do not rinse out. Step six — Style with Smoothie Delight. Goes on white dries completely clear. Step seven — Seal with Luv Butter for lasting moisture and shine. Step eight — Finish with Lux Glow Oil for luminous natural glow.
Can Classic Curlz products be used on sister locs and protective styles? Absolutely. Classic Curlz works beautifully on all natural hair textures including sister locs, traditional locs, braids, twists, and all protective styles. Power Tonic is especially loved by our sister locs community for restoring elasticity and preventing breakage.
Returns and Policies
What is your return policy? All Classic Curlz sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. However if you received a damaged product or an incorrect item please contact us immediately at info@classiccurlz.comand we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What if my product arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@classiccurlz.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
